Purely local traditional winemaking methods, ageing in vats and French oak barrels for 12 months.
Intense, deep garnet red colour, with a bright complex nose, offering generous aromas of ripe fruits and spices. Nice fruit purity backed-up by very delicate wooden notes. This intense and supple wine will give an immediate drinking pleasure but will gain in finesse with time (serve at 18º C).
